We carefully pack every order to ensure your dehydrated fruit arrives fresh and intact.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier service.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Please note:

• We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit
• Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Returns & Refund Policy
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for safety and quality reasons.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos of the issue. We will review the situation and gladly offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
We handle concerns case-by-case and aim to make things right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the shipping provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production or shipping preparation.
